Did not receive welcome email

Your account is automatically created and automatically welcome email containing you control panel login info and other details is sent by our system.

Sometimes due to username error (especially if user name u chose is > 7 characters) - automatic account creation fails.

Your hosting welcome email is in this following format:

Domain Name:yourdomain.com

IP Address:70.38.55.74

Username:username

Password:yourpassword

FTP Username and password

FTP Username:username

FTP Password:yourpassword

You can log in by FTP using either the domain name or the IP address.

If you recently changed your domain registration record or your domain was only recently registered, you may have to use the IP address for 2 or 3 days until the change is reflected across all the DNS servers around the Internet.

If your domain name was previously hosted somewhere else, you will need to update your DNS information to the following:

ns1.hostflv.com

ns2.hostflv.com

ffmpeg path : /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg

For those who wish to use CGI scripts, the Perl path is: /usr/bin/perl

If you need to use sendmail, it can be found in: /usr/sbin/sendmail

You absolute server path for cgi-bin directory is: /home/username/public_html/cgi-bin and for the browsable html dir: /home/username/public_html

****IMPORTANT**** - Be sure to secure your scripts, as any spam sent out using sendmail will result in account deactivation.

To add, delete, or modify email accounts and customize some settings for your hosting account please visit the URL

http://70.38.55.74/cpanel

Once your domain name resolves to the new server, you can use the URL

http://yourdomainname.com/cpanel

Upload your web files into the " public_html " directory. CGI files have to be placed in the cgi-bin directory located one level up the browsable html dir. NOTE: when you log in via FTP, you will initially see the directory called public_html if you enter that directory you will see the files that are accessable via browser.
